The question at hand...

good place to meet guys January 30th, 2010

So what’s a good place to meet nice guys? Not like bars or anything. Starbucks? Definitely not dating sites!

In grad school, but the guys tend to actually be either married and/or older or in the divorced category, sorry divorced sounds like too much for me.

just curious what you would all say.

A good place to meet guys, depending on the type of person you are – there are the either social places [bars, clubs, coffee shops, malls] – or there are the unconventional places like a book store, farmers market, the trick is to go where people are and just walk up to somebody you find attractive. By stepping forward the worst you’ll get is a “no”. If you don’t like “bar” guys nor “Internet” guys, just wear a shirt in a mall saying “I’m single, wanna date?” :)

Wear something cute, walk around a mall and guys will be drawn to you like mosquitoes. Guaranteed.

    thanks rob.

yeah, the last guy I went out with was just so negative. it really brought me down. outlook and attitude can totally make a difference. love it! thanks for the view/advice. I saw “have a fun attitude and let the cute side shine” with that last post

Exactly. You can find somebody, just have to put yourself out there. Let us know how it goes. Hopefully in the next few days you can get some other’s advice. I’m about to redesign and market this site again. :) Thanks for using it.

mr depression wants to hang out again. how can I selectively screen?

and the international student has been giving me looks from across the room, (no, not just today) but we all know he has every intention of moving back to europe. won’t do me any good. so about this selectively screening process? or, you know what, maybe I’ll move to europe, I’ll think about it. kidding. (there’s a little bit of superglue stuck to my shoe called parents and expectation)

just having fun. need to step out of school, I know. no time really right now.

    fun site, thanks.
