By stepping forward the worst you'll get is a "no". If you don't like "bar" guys nor "Internet" guys, just wear a shirt in a mall saying "I'm single, wanna date?" :) Wear something cute, walk around a mall and guys will be drawn to you like mosquitoes. Guaranteed.
