okay i met this girl about two months ago. she is 18 and im 21 we had a very strong attraction toward each other. she is the by far the girl of my dreams. we talked for a couple of weeks and then immediately started dating.We got of to a fast start but everything seemed to be going real well. She sent me texts constantly throughout the day and always said that she wanted me in her future long term. Just a few days ago it became a little hard to get in touch with her. And out of nowhere just the other day she calls me and tells me that she needs space and wants a break. I was shocked because she seemed sooo into me. She has never been in a serious relationship and when she called she told me that she didn’t think she was ready for a serious relationship. Its been a week since we last spoke. I’m giving her space and I’m not going to contact her first. But I gotta have her in my life. I just need some advice before I drive myself nuts.

I had the same thing happen recently, although we dated for several months, then one day out of the blue the same thing.
you just need to be honest with her, just talk to her with out being too pushy. she obviously needed some time and you’ve been reasonable and given it to her. bare in mind she is only 18 and she probably needs to just be independent and live her life. i know you think you may need her but if you hold out she should realise what shes got with you. dont drive your self too crazy about it, if its meant to be then it will work out. our tip: try and keep yourself busy so you don’t think about it too much and you’ll feel loads better. dont let her drive you under it’s not worth it honest xx
i have been going through the same problem as you and my girl keeps telling all these things that she doesnt like that i do and she wants me to stop seeing her and calling her so much it sucks
i guess i just need to stop being so needy i guess it was so great for the first 8 months
